Simple and Streamlined, but buggy

I was looking for a simple, streamlined client along the lines of Oracle Developer, but without the mess of java. Nora did a very reasonable job of it for the first week or so, and then started throwing “Could not allocate OID” errors every time I tried to connect to any database. Support was entirely unresponsive to my requests for help.
